Be playful and have fun!

Even adults deserve and need to play from time to time. Take some minutes out of your day and just have fun. Enjoy yourself! Might it be painting, singing, dancing or whatever comes to your mind. It is important to do every day something that really brings you joy and makes you happy. You should never be too busy to have fun.

Even though there are many things you may not like at the moment, it is important to focus on the good things. What you are more focusing on the good things, what you attract more good things. An easy way to appreciate the good in your life is to write down every day 1-3 things that went well or simply what you are happy about. Make it a routine to find the positive moments in your day.

Why you should meditate

No you don’t need to be a Buddhist or a spiritual guru to enjoy all the benefits of meditation. Meditation is for everybody. Already 5 minutes a day is a great start. If you cannot handle complete silence at the beginning, try out some guided meditations with background music.

Our mind is full of thoughts all the time even when we are sleeping. Don’t you think it would be happy about a break from time to time?
